We’re a small, local boutique that loves bringing fresh styles into the store daily! Our clients appreciate a variety of high-quality pieces rather than large quantities of the same item, which means our inventory moves quickly—most styles are available for about 10 days! ✨
🔹 Return Policy 🔹
Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit only. After 10 days, we are unable to accept returns. All sale items are final sale.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition—no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other signs of wear.
- All returns must first receive return approval before being sent back. Returns can be made in-store or by mail, but only items that have been approved for return will be accepted. Store credit can be used both in-store and online and never expires!
📦 Return Eligibility
- Merchandise eligible for return must be mailed back to Tu Si Bella Boutique within 10 days of your package's arrival date for a store credit.
- Items must include the original Tu Si Bella tag and a copy of the packing slip/receipt or order confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to as a store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, used, altered, soiled, or damaged items, or items with a scent of smoke or perfume.
- Sale items, hats, masks, jewelry, intimate apparel, and bodysuits (all FINAL SALE).
- Gift cards (non-redeemable for cash or refund).

- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Packages returned COD will not be accepted.
- If an item does not meet our return eligibility, we will contact you via email, and the item will be shipped back to you.
📬 Return Process
- Mail all APRROVED returns to Tu Si Bella Boutique, including:
- The original packing slip/receipt, email confirmation, or order number.
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or color and would like to exchange it, we recommend purchasing the desired item online immediately to secure availability. Then, return your original purchase following the return guidelines outlined above.
